Pre-Processing Facilities
India Sea Foods has inhouse pre -processing hall in the company. In order to keep the freshness of the raw material the pre -processing facility is integrated with processing section.
Processing Facilities
The processing facility is integrated with the pre -processing section.
Hence good quality and freshness is maintained. Skilled labor force is the strength of the processing Section.
Freezing Facilities
The total production capacity is 20 tons per day i.e.,
Blast freezing capacity : 10T/day
Plate freezing capacity : 10T/day
Flake ice production capacity: 10T/day
Storing Facilities
The frozen cold storage is integrated with freezing division. the product should be kept at a well-maintained temperature
In House Laboratories
The quality control system and standards are among the most rigorous in the industry. The company has an array of qualified personnel who scrutinize each and every stage of production, right from the raw material receiving to the shipment of finished products and every batch produced is tested in the laboratory.
